Services That Deliver Results

Most organizations do not have performance trouble because they make the wrong strategic choices—most have trouble because they do not consistently execute their strategies well. Strong Leader, LLC developed a patent-pending execution system to help leaders consistently achieve significantly improved results by teaching them to execute better.

Execution has been the hidden source of competitive advantage in the past and is the critical competency for the future. Our approach and team are built with complete clarity of purpose: Helping you bridge the distance between strategy and results.

StrongLeaderPrinciples of Execution

Great execution requires discipline of thought and action. Strong Leader enables your leader's thought; it does not try to replace it. This is the key to sustainability. We don't leave with all the knowledge—your leaders keep it.

Clarity:
Leaders who execute well do not let themselves off the hook. They force themselves to answer the tough questions that lead to focus. They know the business results required and how to measure them.

Structure:
Strong leaders execute using repeatable, well defined business processes. They know the difference between structure and needless formality. They insist on processes that allow defined and visible execution.

Leadership:
Leadership is an abstract concept to most managers. They do not see the direct connection to getting their work done or delivering results. They go to the training classes and read the books but don't know how to apply this knowledge to improve performance.

Accountability:
Leaders want Flexibility, Autonomy, Empowerment and Freedom of Action, but most organizations do not tightly correlate Freedom of Action with Accountability. The ease with which leaders demand autonomy to spend other people's money without the associated responsibility is endemic to poor execution.
