Bio
Prior to founding Strong·Leader, Rich worked for PRTM, a management consultancy specializing in business process improvement.
|
|
Rich led multiple client engagements focusing on implementing processes for managing product development, IT and capital project systems.
Rich also worked as a staff engineer with Baxter Healthcare Corporation, leading initiatives including self-directed work teams, statistical process control and design of experiments.
Before joining the civilian workforce, Rich served as an Aviation Officer in the United States Army. He served as an aviation company operations officer as well as a helicopter platoon leader.
Rich is a graduate of The U.S. Military Academy with a BS in Engineering Management. He has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Dale A. Dvorak is a Director of Strong·Leader where he shares responsibility for sales and marketing, client engagement management, client coaching,

and business development. Prior to joining PFG, Dale spent over 20 years with Procter & Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive and Shiseido America in domestic and international operating positions of increasing responsibility such as Vice President of
Manufacturing and Product Supply for the Central Europe/Russia and Latin America divisions of Colgate and later as Chief Operating Officer of Shiseido America, establishing a consistent track record of business results improvement and increasing shareholder value. Most recently he served on the staff of the MBA program of the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University. Before joining private industry, Dale served as an Artillery Special Weapons and Emergency Action Officer with a NATO unit in Italy and in battalion intelligence and operations officer positions.
Dale is a graduate of The U.S. Military Academy with a BS in Engineering. He has an MSBA from Boston University. |

Bio
Scott Butchley is the Director of Strong·Leader®, LLC where he shares responsibility for sales, client engagements and the operation of the Strong·Leader®, LLC training group. Prior to joining Strong·Leader, Scott |
worked with Sentry insurance delivering loss control services to a wide range of manufacturing and service sector clients and for over 14 years with the Cardinal Health, Pharmaceutical Technologies & Services group.
Scott’s gained a wide range of Human Resources experience within the pharmaceutical packaging and sterile manufacturing business units of Cardinal, where he led human resources initiatives supporting facility start-ups and acquisitions in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Chicago and Puerto Rico. Scott has experience leading change management initiatives, implementing organizational development strategies, building effective talent management systems and managing employee relations in both Union and non-Union environments. As an HR Business Partner, he developed specific expertise in human capital management, performance management systems, succession planning, labor negotiations, and managing human resources operations in high volume production facilities. Scott also held the position of Director of Quality Programs within the sterile manufacturing group, where he was responsible for the implementation of consistent quality systems, programs and software solutions.
Scott is a former U.S. Army Reservist, attended officer candidate school and served in General Hospital and Nuclear, Biological and Chemical units. He is an Occupational Safety & Health graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, holds a SPHR designation with (SHRM) and is a member of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA). |
